Exercise is good for health. It makes you feel better mentally and emotionally and you can often train even if you have some health problems or injuries. For example, if you have an injury with your hand, or perhaps you have a stress fractures, you can still use treadmill to burn calories, or crosstrainer to maintain your muscle mass.

It is difficult to start having a fitness routinity, like 5 days a week. It depends on your inner motivation. Everybody wants to haveĀ  a good body shape. The girl wants to have bikini body and the boy wants to have six packs. But they are too lazy to start taking an exercise for building their body. What is the solution? Force yourself to start taking exercises 2-3 days in a week. Trust me, after some time you get kind of addicted to training.

Cardio and aerobic exercise is better to burn fat than strength training. although a home gym can help you build up your muscle mass which can accelerate your weight loss in addition to the aerobic exercises that you do. Strength training is good for gaining your muscle mass. People with “big” muscles all over their body are easy to burn their fat, even if they are sleeping. But, doing the cardio will burn much more calories than doing the strength training. So, it depends on your goal. If you want to loose your weight, cardio is the way. But if you want to gain you muscle mass, do the strength training.

Exercise keeps your muscles strong, your heart strong, and your body in shape. At first, you may confuse with many gym equipments. For example, you don’t know what equipment you have to use to train your chest. Try to get some good guidance and training before you undertake using free weights to make sure you are doing it properly.

Its better to have a personal trainer, beside teaching you how to use the equipment properly, they will give you motivation everytime you do the exercises.

Most home gyms are usually strength training machines that provide a structured way of performing each exercise. The benefits of strength training are many and well-documented, and they can be very useful for overall body conditioning.

Everybody wants to have a healthy and fit body. The girl wants to have a “bikini body”, and also the boy wants to have “six packs”. yes, fitness is the right way to get what they want. with regular cardio, weight lifting, and maintain a healthy eating diet, of course, they will get what they want.

But the problem is, many people were just lazy to take time to go to the gym. there are a few reasons. for example, the gym is far away from home, or maybe, they feel ashame with the shape of their body.

What is the solution? Of course, bring the gym equipment home! Home gyms are preferred because they cut down on time, are convenient and provide privacy. Before you zero in on a home gym of your choice, you need to consider your fitness need, the space available and then make a budget accordingly.

First and foremost do not cram your gym with all sort of needless equipment. If you just want to loose fat without gain your mass, having a crosstrainer, or maybe a treadmill is enough. They burn many calories, and, if you want, feel free to take a fat burner.

The minimum area needed to build a home gym is about 150 square feet. There should be some area to move around too. If you have a 200 sq feet area, you can include a Jacuzzi as well. Apart from the main machines like the treadmill, the power plate machines; you should also keep dumb bells, resistance bands and an aerobic box. You should refrain from building your home-gym in the basement area.

Flooring is also an important part while building a gym. You can choose between rubber flooring or a vinyl flooring. Rubber flooring is good to reduce the impact of any equipment fall, and also its easy to maintain.

Mirrors are an important part for your home gym because it helps to check your posture while you are working out. An exhaust fan and air conditioner also have a vital role to play when your body begins to generate heat and sweat. You can also keep your TV at eye level so that you don’t have to crane your neck while watching it. There is nothing like an invigorating music going on that compliments your workout style.
